Target group
Employees, which in the future are going to be engaged as Excavator Operators or as Loader Operators.
Requirements
Minimum age 18 years, physically (similar to the german G25 medical surveillance examination, which should be not older than 2 years) and mentally appropriate, motor vehicle operator licence.
Aim of the course
Course participants will be trained in the divisions: operation, maintenance and care. For the implementation – practical instruction to the optimal operation practices are machines in appropriate number available, depending on the number of the participants.
Qualification
The examination will be performed in English, in the presence of the examining board of the “Bayerische BauAkademie”.
Course topics
Unit construction, wheel- and caterpillar units, guidance, braking, tire equipment, crawler, engine lore, gearbox, working and driving hydraulics, lifting equipment, loading equipment, practical use of the machines with different mounting devices and working systems, safety engineering, accident smelting, operating on public streets (according to “StVZO”, road traffic regulations), road transport, general maintenance and care actions, responsibilities of the Excavator- and Loader Operator.
